MOVEMENT

One of the tenets of light-filled mornings is movement. Movement doesn't have to be hard. It doesn't have to be anything specific. It's just ways of moving that feel good and fun to you. Whether you have a workout routine you've loved for years or you're looking to be inspired to move, these are your movement mornings.

Incorporating exercise and movement into your morning doesn’t have to be a struggle or one more hustle and grind mentality that leads to burnout. It can be a part of your day that moves you (quite literally) to a better mood, day, and life.

What did you like doing as a kid? If you know what you don’t like, you can more easily find what you DO like. Whether you currently have a workout routine you love or haven’t had one in years, open up to the possibility that there's something you love right around the corner.

KNOW WHEN IT'S A FUN CHALLENGE VS. A HARD CHALLENGE

You can lighten up when it comes to your movement routine. Know the difference between a fun challenge that you really would like to do and when you're just not feeling it that morning. And you'll be better for it.
