One of the three tenets of light-filled mornings is inspired. Inspiration can come in so many forms: a good book, an expansive space, a walk where you notice things you've never noticed before. Tuning in to yourself and what lights you up; these are your inspired mornings.
INSPIRATION CAN BE FOUND IN A BOOK
Finding books that inspire you are a fun little journey! Often one inspired reading choice can lead to another, to another, to another, until you’ve made the changes you want, or learned the things you wanted to learn, or mastered a skill. All by just taking the time to read and making that space in the morning.
INSPIRATION CAN BE FOUND ANYWHERE
Books, podcasts, places, and things that make you happy for seemingly no reason can inspire you and make your day brighter. There is no right answer for what you find inspiration in; it's just making the space in your morning to find it.
BE THE INSPIRATION
Often by allowing yourself that time to become inspired (to your next idea, change, or mood-boosting thought) you'd be surprised how much that inspires those around you. Marianne Williamson says, "As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." How great is that? Hold space for inspired mornings to, in turn, inspire others you care about.
